At LuauLife, all of our products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party provider (Printful). Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly submit a claim to our fulfillment partner and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
