At LuauLife, we partner with a trusted print-on-demand provider (Printful) to fulfill and ship all orders. We’re proud to offer free shipping on all products within the United States.

1. Processing Time

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production. After your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped directly from our Printful facility.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time depends on your location:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International Orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays or holiday volume.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. LuauLife is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If your item is returned due to an address error, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and may request payment for re-shipping.

6. International Orders & Customs (If applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT fees their country may require. These are not included in our prices or covered by LuauLife.
